Rail Car 007 travels west from New York to California
The loss of Harvey in 2017 made it necessary to find 007 a new home. With the help of his brother Don, Dan brought 007 across the US to his home in California. Dan's friend Wayne Parsons kindly allowed Dan to store 007 in his motorcar facility between runs. Dan made plans for new excursions in the West.
Southern California geography forces those of us who live here to travel a long distance to be able to operate our railcars. The best runs are in Norhtern California, the Pacific Northwest, and points east.
